The Local Government Board of the City Council of Plasencia has awarded the contract for the drafting of the technical specifications and the services of direction, supervision, monitoring, and control related to the third phase of the conservation and renovation project of the city’s playgrounds.
The company that has been awarded the contract is ATRYO CUATRO, S.L., which submitted the most advantageous economic offer with a total amount of 7,260 euros including VAT. The proposal falls within the framework of the minor contract procedure, as it does not exceed the legally established limits and is a comprehensive action that will be carried out within a period of less than one year.
With this award, the City Council takes another step in its commitment to improving children’s infrastructures and promoting safe and accessible spaces for play and the development of the youngest. Specifically, this third phase includes both the drafting of the technical specifications for supply with installation and the subsequent direction and control of the actions to be carried out.
The deadline for the drafting of the specifications will be two months from the notification of the award. Subsequently, the works of direction and monitoring will be carried out in parallel with the execution of the main supply and installation contract of the new elements in the selected children’s areas.
The contract will be financed from the corresponding budget item for the year 2025, complying with the provisions of the Public Sector Contracts Law and ensuring the transparency of the procedure through its publication in the Contractor Profile and its submission to the Court of Auditors.
This third phase is part of the comprehensive playground reform project of the Plasencia City Council, which will be completed with a fourth phase in 2026, with a total investment exceeding one million euros.
La propuesta se enmarca en el procedimiento de contrato menor, al no exceder los límites legales y ser una actuación completa que se llevará a cabo en menos de un año. Con esta adjudicación, el Ayuntamiento avanza en su compromiso con la mejora de las infraestructuras infantiles y la creación de espacios seguros y accesibles para el juego y desarrollo de los niños. Esta tercera fase incluirá la redacción del pliego técnico para el suministro con instalación, así como la supervisión de las acciones realizadas. El plazo para la redacción del pliego será de dos meses desde la notificación de la adjudicación, mientras que la dirección y seguimiento se llevarán a cabo simultáneamente con la ejecución del contrato principal. El financiamiento del contrato provendrá de la partida presupuestaria de 2025, cumpliendo con la normativa de contratación pública y garantizando la transparencia del proceso. Esta fase forma parte del proyecto de reforma integral de parques infantiles del Ayuntamiento de Plasencia, que se completará con una cuarta fase en 2026 y una inversión total superior al millón de euros.
